How soon after I place my order, will my gift basket be shipped?

Orders of in-stock items placed before 10AM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will ship the next following business day.  We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

If we receive your Next Day Air order BEFORE our cut-off time of 10AM EST on Friday, your gift will be delivered on Monday.  If we receive your Next Day Air order AFTER our cut-off time on Friday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Please take into consideration that UPS and/or Fedex do not deliver on national holidays. 

We can also ship in-stock items by “Next Day” or “Second Day Air” for an extra charge. Please call for stock availability.  Unless specified, we ship all items UPS ground service, with the exception of gifts containing fresh fruit. Due to the perishable nature of fruit, these gifts may only be sent by 2nd Day or Next Day Air.

Please note that for custom baskets using our "personal shopper" service, additional time is needed to obtain your individual items.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and ATM cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbol.

Are credit card transactions at Chelsea Company Gifts secure and safe?

Yes. Our site supports secure on-line purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. The information you provide is encrypted for your protection.

Will I get a copy of my order invoice?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase. 

Does Chelsea Company Gifts charge for sales tax?

Only if ordering from the state of Pennsylvania. Tax will automatically be calculated for you at the time you place your order.

Can I include a personalized card with my gift?

Yes. All gifts include a deluxe card that can be personalized with any message.

If Chelsea Company Gifts is out of a particular item, will they substitute?

Yes. In the unlikely event that we are out of a particular item, Chelsea Company Gifts will only substitute an item of equal or greater value and similar in nature to the original item. To preserve quality, we do not ship chocolates during the summer months, as stated above, we will substitute an item of greater value.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship within the United States.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Not at this time.

What if I have a problem with my gift basket?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt. Please include your Order #, Name, Phone Number, and nature of the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will reply within 1 business day to offer you a refund or replacement.

How long will it take for the gift basket to arrive?

We ship all orders by UPS Ground, with the exception of gifts containing fresh fruit, which must be sent by 2nd Day or Next Day Air. Our gifts ship from either California, Oregon or New York. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery times. We'll be happy to help you!

Do you have a print catalog?

No. To keep our prices reasonable, we display all of our gifts through our website only. 

What is your Privacy Policy?

We will not disclose, sell or rent your information to any other parties. All of the information you provide us will be treated as confidential.
